Procter & Gamble’s (P&G) brand Gillette Venus has introduced new hair removal products Venus Platinum Extra Smooth, Venus Face Perfection and Venus Bikini Precision.

Gillette Venus North America associate brand director Anthony van Dijk said: “Ever since 2001 with our introduction of the first razor designed especially for women, Gillette Venus has been working to continually raise the bar for women’s hair removal.

“Venus Platinum Extra Smooth, Venus Face Perfection and Venus Bikini Precision were all designed with our latest innovations in hair removal so that women can enjoy smooth skin quickly, conveniently and efficiently.”

Venus Platinum Extra Smooth features a satin chrome finish and contains five blades, an ergonomic metal handle for control and precision-shaving and a 360° moisturising band around the blades.

Gillette Venus Face Perfection is used for precise hair removal on the chin, upper lip, forehead and eyebrows. With 10,000 plucking motions per minute, it is said that the product results in up to four weeks of smooth skin.

This battery-powered product is equipped with an extra slim head with ten micro-openings designed to capture hairs as small as 0.02mm in length.

Gillette Venus Bikini Precision’s pen-like handle increases manoeuvrability for shaving around the bikini line.

The brand has partnered with world traveller Cassie De Pecol for the product’s launch. The collections are available at food, drug and mass merchandise stores, as well as online retailers.
