Deals this week: Nanjing Pharmaceutical and Colorescience

Nanjing Pharmaceutical has completed a public offering of 3.42% super short-term debentures for gross proceeds of CNY400m ($58.39m).

China Minsheng Bank Corporation is the lead underwriter for the offering, which is due 13 August 2017.

Nanjing Pharmaceutical plans to use the funds for supplementing its working capital and for loan repayment.

Colorescience has announced its online collaboration with Ulta Beauty.

As part of the collaboration, Ulta Beauty will feature select Colorescience products on its website Ulta.com, including Sunforgettable Brush-on Sunscreen.

The collaboration is part of Colorescience's multi-channel retail approach to introduce its products to newer consumers.
