M&As this week: LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton and Immuno Holding

LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton (LVMH) has announced plans to acquire a majority stake in fragrances manufacturer Parfum Francis Kurkdjian (Maison Francis Kurkdjian).

Both the companies involved are based in France.

The acquisition will enable LVMH to expand its international business.

Immuno Holding has announced plans to acquire Immunotec through its subsidiary 1111267.

Immunotec is a Canada-based manufacturer and seller of nutritional and healthcare products.
