M&As this week: Pact Group Holdings and Female Daily Network

Pact Group Holdings is set to acquire Australian Pharmaceutical Manufacturers (APM), a nutraceuticals manufacturing and packaging services provider.

The value of the acquisition is estimated to be A$90m ($68.12m). Both companies are based in Australia.

Female Daily Network (FDN) has successfully completed the acquisition of J-Tech, an application developer also based in the same country.
