Nerium International introduces two new skincare products

Nerium International has introduced a new oil-to-foam cleansing face wash and a customised radiance booster that are claimed to be compatible with other skincare products such as foundation and sunscreen.

The lightweight Double-Cleansing Botanical Face Wash comprises surfactants extracted from coconut and a Sea3C blend of sea whip extract, betula water, and raffinose. Its pH-balanced formula is intended to deliver a synergistic approach to clean both makeup and impurities, without clogging pores.

Designed to address uneven skin tone and spots, the new Illumaboost Brightening & Shield comes with a delivery system that can dispense potent doses of anti-ageing ingredients. These are claimed to brighten, hydrate, and protect the skin.

The radiance booster features the firm’s PhytoLumina complex, which is a combination of plant-based ingredients, vitamin C, and niacinamide.

In addition, the product includes aloe vera leaf juice, hydrolysed sodium hyaluronate, glycerine, kombucha ferment, alteromonas ferment extract, and green tea.

Nerium International chief marketing officer Amber Olson Rourke said: "With Double-Cleansing Face Wash, we are at the forefront of the transformational texture trend that's sweeping the skincare industry with one extremely efficient product that does what generally requires two.

“With Illumaboost, we found a way to preserve the efficacy of vitamin C, and packaged it as a daily, topical supplement with ingredients that help boost the benefits of other products, allowing you to enhance your skincare regimen without adding another step.”

Both the products are currently available in the US, Canada, Mexico, Japan, and Korea, and will be launched next month in Australia, New Zealand and Colombia.
