The Gents Place to expand concept to Texas, US

Lifestyle club The Gents Place has signed a franchise development agreement to expand its concept to Austin, Texas.

The brand’s first store in this area will be opened by new franchisee Paul Terracina this year.

The Gents Place's founder and president Ben Davis said: "For nearly a decade, The Gents Place has experienced tremendous success serving men in Dallas and Kansas City and we are thrilled to expand our footprint to Austin.

“Over the next several months, we're expecting to sign several additional franchise agreements to develop clubs across the country."

The Gents Place provides men's grooming services and is a purveyor of retail goods worldwide, including its own Rascal line of products, Truefitt & Hill, and Lakme.

At present, the company has clubs in Dallas, Southlake, and Frisco in North Texas, as well as one in Leawood, Kansas.

Over the next five years, the club expects to open 150 franchise locations and the company is seeking qualified franchisees to join the brand, targeting markets of Houston, Atlanta, and South Florida.

The Gents Place provides men's grooming services in addition to straight razor shaves, shoe shines and hand and foot repairs.
