TPG Capital to invest in beauty company Anastasia Beverly Hills

Global private equity platform TPG Capital has signed an agreement to invest in beauty company Anastasia Beverly Hills to enhance its operations and growth through e-commerce and international expansion.

Anastasia Beverly Hills founder and CEO Anastasia Soare said: “With the help of my daughter, Claudia, what started as a singular brow studio in Beverly Hills has gone on to become one of the fastest growing companies in today’s global beauty industry.

“This is the next step in Anastasia Beverly Hills’ evolution. Their minority stake in the company will allow us to reach even more of our loyal fans across the globe.”

Goldman Sachs, RBC Capital Markets, UBS Investment Bank and Deutsche Bank acted as financial advisors to TPG, while Ropes & Gray was the legal advisor.

Imperial Capital and Kirkland & Ellis served as the financial advisor and legal advisor, respectively, to Anastasia Beverly Hills.
