CBD Naturals buys Lust Naked skincare brand

CBD Naturals has purchased California-based skincare company Lust Naked.

Lust Naked offers hemp-based skincare products that are made using hemp seed oil, flowers, fruits, herbs, vitamins and antioxidants. The brand’s products include body lotions, sunless tanning solutions, cleansers, body oils and shaving creams.

CBD Naturals founder and CEO Jared Berry said: “Lust Naked is empowered with a cheeky name and marketing theme, along with solid science and terrific products, making them an ideal acquisition for our growing company.

“You could say this was a naked grab for the best and most exciting skincare out there as a means of enhancing our company and the products we now offer our fans and consumers.”

Following the transaction, Lust Naked will join the CBD Naturals group product line, which includes more than 60 products in various categories such as cosmetics, drinks and supplements.

Lust Naked spokeswoman Chelsea Platt said: “We are thrilled to join our company with Carlsbad Naturals and the genius of Jared Berry. We know Jared and his team will help us fulfil our mission of helping everybody feel more comfortable in their own skin.”

Established in 2011, CBD Naturals currently offers a wide range of CBD infused products, including RASA coconut water beverages, N2O oral sprays, PFX beverage enhancers, Fast CBD Relief, and TruSpectrum CBD tinctures and bulk distillates.
