Celebrity Brands secures order from Amerimark Direct for anti-ageing product

Omni Health subsidiary Celebrity Brands has secured an order from Amerimark Direct for its anti-ageing product Celeb Cream.

The order marks the commencement of Omni Health’s newly launched consumer goods division, which will be operating via Celebrity Brands. It is expected to bring gross revenue of more than $7m next year.

Omni Health will work towards forming long-term retail partnerships, high-profile celebrity endorsements and cross branding.

Omni Health CEO Andrey Soloviev said: “Omni Health’s new strategic plan establishes a clear set of investment priorities, and the ability to capitalise on company’s four decades of exemplary healthcare by becoming a major force in manufacturing and distributing high-margin anti-ageing and CBD consumer brands with the greatest potential for growth and value creation.

“We will drive growth acceleration through more effective and scaled commercial operations, increased investment in our brands and capabilities, and the delivery of bigger and better innovation across a broader set of categories.”

With the new division, Omni Health intends to focus on purchasing several consumer, revenue-generating brands to boost its portfolio and create a platform for future acquisitions.
