The Lash Lounge has appointed Dave Keil as president and CEO.

Keil has decades of experience in building franchise brands such as Pure Barre, HoneyBaked Ham, General Mills, Franworth and Häagen-Dazs Shoppes.

His immediate priorities will include brand-building initiatives, building and strengthening relationships with franchisees, and building infrastructure for sustainable growth.

The Lash Lounge currently has 19 outlets, with plans to open a further 300. Of these, 100 are set to open within the next year.

Keil will also act as an operating partner of Franworth, a private equity firm that partners with emerging brands.

“The Lash Lounge is embracing the value of a boutique system, capturing the demand for specialisation.”

Keil said: “I’m passionate about taking emerging brands to new heights, while providing business ownership opportunities for entrepreneurs around the country.

“The Lash Lounge is embracing the value of a boutique system, capturing the demand for specialisation, focused expertise and development of a community with local ownership.

“The Lash Lounge combines a proprietary technique and world-class service in a luxurious setting, tailored to each guests’ unique eye structure.

“Eye treatments have been around for millennia, as eyes are the first thing we notice about one another, and The Lash Lounge is positioned as the market leader in this emerging space.”

Keil will work alongside The Lash Lounge’s founder Anna Phillips, who will assume a new role of chief innovation officer.
