Actress Taraji Henson to launch makeup line

American singer and actress Taraji Henson is set to launch a makeup line in collaboration with MAC Cosmetics.

Henson's six-piece collection MACTaraji includes matte beige lipstick Strip Me Down, a highlighter with hues of coral and gold shimmer called Highlight the Truth, a Rapidblack eyeliner, a reddish brown Taraji Glow powder, and Haute & Naughty Too Black Lash mascara, reported Metro.

The new products are inspired by the actress’s onscreen look and characters portrayed in the American television series, Empire.

The new collection is expected to complement a wide range of skintones, reported Metro.

MACTaraji is expected to be launched on the MAC website next month and will be made available at select MAC stores.

MAC has also collaborated with celebrities such as Caitlyn Jenner, Ellie Goulding, Mariah Carey, Rihanna, Miley Cyrus, and Ariana Grande to launch beauty products.
