Deals this week: Ildong Pharmaceutical Co Ltd, The Estee Lauder Companies Inc

Ildong Pharmaceutical Co Ltd has announced its plans for a public offering of 4,601,031 shares priced at KRW21,513 ($18.5) each for gross proceeds of KRW98,981.97m ($85m).

Ildong is a pharmaceutical company based in South Korea.

The Estee Lauder Companies Inc has announced two public offerings of 3.150% senior notes due 2027 and 4.150% senior notes due 2047 to raise $500m from each offering.

Based in the US, Estee Lauder is a manufacturer and marketer of skincare, make-up and other personal care products.

The company will use the funds from the offerings towards general corporate purposes, including acquisitions, working capital, capital expenditures and repayment of debts.
