Deals this week: Tengram Capital Partners, RoundTable Healthcare Management

Private equity firm Tengram Capital Partners LLC has announced the acquisition of a majority stake in Algenist skincare brand from TerraVia (formerly Solazyme, Inc).  

TerraVia develops anti-ageing and colour correcting skincare products under the Algenist brand.

RoundTable Healthcare Management (Round Table Healthcare Partners) has announced the purchase of a majority stake in Revision Skincare LLC and Goodier Cosmetics LLC (together Revision-Goodier).

Revision Skincare is a manufacturer of skincare products, whereas Goodier Cosmetics manufacturers and develops topical personal care and over-the-counter pharmaceutical products.
