Electric Mirror introduces new mirror that can be modified to different light environments

Electric Mirror has introduced new lighted mirror Ava to help improve makeup application.

The new mirror employs SmartLook technology, which allows users to modify its light levels and colour tones to match the environment they are about to encounter. This feature enables women to apply makeup precisely.

Electric Mirror's executive vice-president and partner Aaron Mischel said: "Ava gives women the confidence to look their best in any environment.

"The tunable white LED lights let women select the colour that best matches the environment they're preparing for, outdoors, indoors, or evening."

Ava features 6,500K, 4,600K, and 2,700K colour settings.

The 6,500K setting is said to be ideal for a day at the pool or a mountain hike at the country club, while 4,600K is more suitable for a boardroom meeting, a day on campus, or a get-together with friends. The 2,700K is said to be best for dinner, an evening at a nightclub hotspot, or the theatre.

Ava is part of Electric Mirror’s Inspired Technology range, including Savvy SmartMirror, music mirror Vive, automatic dimming and energy-saving mirror Keen, embedded LED clock Seamless, and Mirror TVs.
