Estée Lauder announces new leadership for Glamglow

Estée Lauder has announced a series of leadership changes for LA-based mud-mask brand Glamglow following its acquisition in January 2015.

President of cosmetics company Smashbox Beth DiNardo will assume the role of global brand president for Glamglow, reporting directly to executive group president of The Estée Lauder Companies John Demsey.

DiNardo has led Smashbox since its acquisition in 2010, and has expanded the brand to more than 40 markets.

In addition, Paula Pontes will re-join the company taking the role of senior vice-president and global general manager of Glamglow from 1 November. Most recently, Paula was the executive vice-president of strategy for Swarovski Consumer Goods Business.

She will report directly to DiNardo and be responsible for continuing to build brand equity, developing and executing brand strategy, and advancing the global business. Based at Glamglow's Hollywood headquarters, Pontes and will work closely with Glenn and Shannon Dellimore, who will continue in their roles as founders and creative directors.
