Lancôme expands Le Teint Particulier Custom Made Makeup offering in US

Lancôme has launched its Le Teint Particulier Custom Made Makeup at nine markets in the US.

Le Teint Particulier is a foundation that offers each woman her very own custom blended formula.

Lancôme claimed that its customers across California, Florida, Chicago, Washington and Virginia/Washington DC can experience Le Teint Particulier to detect individual skin tones.

Lancôme USA president Suriya Parksuwan said: “We’re thrilled to expand this personalised makeup innovation to additional markets across the country.

This system delivers a personalised, freshly blended foundation designed to emulate each woman's unique complexion.

Lancôme beauty advisor scans a client’s facial skin tone. This data is processed through an algorithm that measures skin tone with pinpoint accuracy. From there, the formula is blended right at the counter and her complexion ID is printed on the bottle for easy reference upon refill for the perfect, personalised foundation. 

To provide colour accuracy, the machine is equipped with eight peristaltic heart pumps for an airtight blending and dispensing process.
