Skin care firm Nerium International appoints new president

US-based skin care company Nerium International has appointed Deborah K. Heisz as its president.

In addition, Deborah will retain the chief operating officer role within her new position.

Nerium International's founder and CEO Jeff Olson said: "Having more than 20 years of leadership experience in a variety of roles within the direct selling industry, Deborah is uniquely qualified to direct the company as it enters its next phase.

"For the past five months, she has successfully chaired our global steering committee and led the leadership team to position the company for new growth domestically and internationally."

Nerium manufactures skincare and supplement products designed to be anti-aging. It sells its products in the US, Canada, Mexico, South Korea, and Japan and will foray into Australia next month as part of its Asia-Pacific expansion.

Heisz said: "I am proud to be part of the Nerium International family. My forte is building strong teams and leading them to embody the founder's vision and company culture, bringing the vision to fruition beyond expectation.
