Victoria Beckham teams up with Estée Lauder for new makeup collection

Popstar-turned-designer Victoria Beckham has collaborated with Estée Lauder to launch a new limited edition make-up collection, which is expected to launch in September.

Claimed to be the first make-up collection by Victoria Beckham, the new collection will be named Victoria Beckham Estée Lauder.

Once launched, it expects to cater to customers belonging to both the old and new generations, reports Vogue.

Starting from September, the new line will be offered through Victoriabeckham.com and Esteelauder.com, as well as via selected retailers.

Beckham said: "The whole process has been both inspiring and eye-opening, from going back and revisiting the Estée Lauder archives through to working on the product with the Estée team, this feels like the perfect make-up partnership for me and my brand.

"I had long admired Estée Lauder the woman, and the powerful brand that she created."

Beckham previously partnered with UK-based nail bar chain Nails on a nail polish duo, reports Fortune.

Rising to fame with the all-female pop group Spice Girls, Beckham launched her high-end fashion label in 2008.
