US-based oral care products manufacturer Ranir has named Julie Nass as its new global human resources (HR) vice-president.

Nass will be responsible for managing all of the company’s HR functions and will handle strategic planning for talent acquisition and development programmes.

Nass most recently served as the vice-president of HR for North America at Tarkett, a flooring and sports solutions provider. She was responsible for developing processes to support operational performance and restructuring the HR function to drive business.

Nass’ career of more than two decades also includes leadership roles at various companies, including Broadwind Energy and Whirlpool.

Established in 1979, Ranir produces store brand private label consumer oral care products such as power and manual toothbrushes, teeth whiteners, dental floss and flossers. The company owns the Plackers and Rembrandt brands and has a workforce of more than 750.
