Global beauty company Revlon has established a partnership to introduce award-winning pop icon Britney Spears’ new perfume this month.

Named Britney Spears Prerogative, the oriental woody amber scent features a gourmand twist, latex petals and red calla lily fragrances, as well as fruit-forward top notes and woody base notes.

The fragrance is packed in a bottle with sharp edges and soft rounded corners.

“Prerogative is all about empowerment and confidence, we all deserve to feel free and fierce.”

Revlon Global fragrance marketing executive vice-president Ron Rolleston said: “The Britney Spears fragrance portfolio evolves with each new scent. With this campaign, we showcase the confidence, versatility and individuality that Britney has demonstrated throughout her career.

“From design to scent to campaign concept, Prerogative is all about pushing boundaries.”

The fragrance is available at Walmart stores and online across the US starting July. It will also be available for sale at Kohl’s stores and on kohls.com from August this year.

The company will also launch a range of campaigns featuring Britney Spears over the next several months to promote the Prerogative fragrance.

Spears said: “Prerogative is all about empowerment and confidence, we all deserve to feel free and fierce.”

She has been creating fragrances for more than ten years and currently offers 23 perfumes that are available in 85 countries worldwide.
