Perfect Corp and Charlotte Tilbury launch new lipstick range on YouCam app

Perfect Corporation has collaborated with beauty brand Charlotte Tilbury to introduce a new lipstick range called Hot Lips on the YouCam Makeup app, expanding its virtual beauty offerings in the US.

The interactive platform of the app allows users to virtually try on the 12 lipstick shades by Charlotte, on their mobile device or tablet.

The Hot Lips lipstick range is claimed to be inspired by Miranda Kerr, Cindy Crawford, Poppy Delevingne and Kim Kardashian-West.

Perfect Corp CEO Alice Chang said: “We are delighted to partner with Charlotte Tilbury to deliver an elevated consumer experience through the YouCam Makeup app.

The makeup app leverages the augmented reality technology to transform the different finishes of the lipstick range such as glossy textures and matte, to real-life affects.

Last month, the firm launched new Red Carpet Beauty series on the YouCam app, allowing users to try on and recreate makeup looks from Hollywood celebrities.

YouCam Makeup app is available for free download on the App Store and Google Play along with the firm's Beauty Circle app.
