US-based cosmetics company Mary Kay has expanded its skincare portfolio with the launch of TimeWise Miracle Set 3D.

The new skincare line’s products feature resveratrol, Vitamin B3 and peptides to supports the skin’s natural collagen and elastin.

Powered by the company’s three-dimensional approach, TimeWise is developed to fight against free radicals and delay premature skin ageing from environmental and lifestyle stress. It is also said to deliver younger-looking skin in four weeks.

“It has been known that free radicals contribute to the look of premature skin ageing.”

Mary Kay chief scientific officer Lucy Gildea said: “TimeWise Miracle Set 3D reflects not only years of research on the latest ingredient innovations, but also an understanding of how today’s environment impacts the look of skin ageing.

“It has been known that free radicals contribute to the look of premature skin ageing but it’s a broader scope of what triggers free radicals that came to light in recent years.

“Since we can’t avoid these aggressors completely, our newest skincare line introduces the latest in skin science to provide powerful antioxidant protection with visible results to help defy the look of ageing.”

The company’s scientists conducted more than 200 clinical and safety studies to find the causes of premature ageing and tested more than 150 formulas to produce the new antioxidant skincare formula.
