US’ Chaleur Beauty introduces self-heating anti-ageing mask

US-based Chaleur Beauty has introduced a new self-heating skincare system.

Promoted through a direct-to-consumer free trial, the new face mask features ageless thermalzyme technology, antioxidants, niacinamides, and peptides. The formula generates heat when mixed with water.

Heat produced by the product is said to enhance blood flow and activate collagen growth. The absorbent material of the mask is clamed to remove skin toxins.

Chaleur Beauty CMO Chad Law said: “One self-heating mask along with Chaleur’s Ageless Facial Gel creates the ideal environment to allow special ingredients, including our patented enzyme, to penetrate layers of the skin.”

Over the past 12 months, the firm collaborated with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and medical aestheticians, to analyse the application of moist heat and skin-care products. Performed on several men and women of various backgrounds and ages, the studies indicated that regular use of the Chaleur system for an average of one year made the participants look 5.7 years younger than their true age.

The reported results were in comparison to individuals who used other topical skincare products, which were said to look six months older than their true age.
