Hairtrade introduces new Goldwell range for sensitive scalps

Included in the Goldwell range are shampoos and conditioners specific to hair colour shades, besides treatments and styling products.
The new Goldwell Dualsenses Scalp range comprises a collection of hair products to address problems of people with sensitive scalps.
They include an anti-dandruff shampoo, a scalp regulation shampoo, a deep cleansing shampoo, a scalp treatment, soothing lotion and an anti hair loss spray.

Free from colourants and fragrances, all products are said to be safe for the most sensitive of scalps.

The Goldwell Dualsenses Scalp Specialist Deep Cleansing Shampoo offers deep-cleansing of build up from styling products, oil and chlorine and enhances moisture balance.

On the other hand, the Scalp Regulation Sensitive Shampoo provides gentle cleansing for a soothed scalp.

The Goldwell DualSenses Scalp Specialist Anti-Dandruff Shampoo controls the scalp for those suffering from dandruff and prevents new dandruff.

Also included in the the new range are the Goldwell 60sec treatment, and the Scalp Specialist Sensitive treatment, which is mild, consisting of lime-tree blossom extract, a soothing and anti-inflammatory ingredient.

The Scalp Regulation Sensitive Soothing Lotion provides relief for the scalp and reduces itching.

The Specialist Anti Hair loss Spray, meanwhile, tends to thinning hair with t-Flavanone and Ginseng extract which prevents hereditary hair loss and supports natural hair growth while strengthening the hair.

Hairtrade managing director Keven Kou said that they we planning to broaden their hair care range after sales increased in 2012.

"We found that customers are looking for specialised products, and in particularly for those with sensitive scalps which is a common issue."

"The Goldwell Scalp range is ideal for those with sensitive and easily irritated scalps as it has no colouring or fragrance. They consist of ingredients that help with itching and inflammation to sooth the scalp and release feelings of tension through much needed moisture," added Kou.
